SWATH Mass Spectrometry Workshop
SCIEX - NCCS & IISER Collaborative SWATH - Mass Spectrometry (SWATH - MS) Workshop that aims to introduce the complete workflow in Proteomics from sample preparation to mass-spectrometry and quantitative data analysis.
15th-16th December 2018
Biology Department, IISER Pune, India
SWATH® in combination with the TripleTOF® System in its first generation was already a new paradigm for the discovery of new protein biomarkers with all the advantages compared to classical DDA or label free MS1 approaches. With the second generation of SWATH® and the new TripleTOF 6600 System it is now possible to enhance the specificity and to extend the dynamic range of detection. Several examples presented during the webinar show an increase up to 90% of identifiable and quantifiable peptides compared the SWATH® 1.0. The new OneOmics™ software solution from SCIEX and Illumina will also be introduced to the participants. For the first time, how the genomics and proteomics data can be viewed and combined in the cloud, giving outstanding insights for biologists would be demonstrated to the participants of this workshop.
What you will learn:
Complete proteomics workflow, easy-to-learn software
State of the art SWATH-MS technology
NEW TripleTOF 6600 with its high speed and increased dynamic range will help you digging deeper into your complex samples.
NEW SWATH® 2.0 acquisition with Variable Windows extends the power of SWATH®.
NEW OneOmics solution from SCIEX and Illumina brings Genomics and Proteomics Data, together at last.
Trouble Shooting & Tips for SWATH run.
A complete proteomics workflow, easy-to-learn software, state of the art SWATH-MS technology, application-based lectures for translational research, conducted by SCIEX Global Application Scientist – Dr. Christie Hunter & SCIEX Team.
